Our experience isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about thinking outside the box while making sure you stay firmly within the lines of employment legislation. In 2006, JDS HR Ltd was born out of necessity. As a new parent seeking flexibility to balance family life with my husband's irregular shifts, I took the leap into entrepreneurship, thinking, "How hard can it be?"

Truth be told, it wasn't a walk in the park. There were challenges, doubts, and moments of questioning my choices. But amidst the struggles, I discovered my passion for helping others navigate the complexities of HR and people.
